Love is a theme that many writers write about and
explore in many ways. Ted E.F. Roberts does so in his
uniquely crafted style assembled into words in his book
entitled, Love Etc.
Although, many of the poems are very romantic, his
words tease you with underlined erotic tones. Erotic
tones that inspire the soul to love and to touch, and to
taste, and to feel sincerely through words.
In the book, Roberts often reflects on being in love and
being human and compares it to nature and all that is
pure. He makes you want to believe that love is more
than just the physical. It is what happens when it rains
on a summer's dusk. It is what happens when the
seasons change. And, it is what happens within you.
The poetry presented in this book emerge as inspiring
and thought provoking with a dazzling taste of romance.
Overall, I was impressed with this work because it
inspires you to rethink love, and perhaps rethink love as
