HE LAY BACK
by Ralph Greco, jr.

He lay back:
she entered with flimsy precision,
coddled threat,
and heel-to-toe promises.

She clutched him while he crawled:
feigning expulsion,
gasping delight,
eyes pleading for violence.

He offered but she ignored:
his erection untouched,
his legs spread and over,
her laughter quiet, yet full.

She thrusted and he screamed:
mouth spitting warning,
hands praying mercy,
anus welcoming completion.

He lay back.
