SAXON
by Linda Cole
They blew in on a Spanish wind
His gypsie dark eyes
staring at her soul
As he slips inside her,
he makes her whole
The cold of the world seeps through their veins
She breathes his name
As two broken spirits,
damaged and lost
They see through each others eyes
As their lovemaking numbs the pain
For a life spent digging graves in the pouring rain.
