I. Poetry
Send 1 to 5 poems in the body of your email. (plain text, no attached files, and all
poems in one email) Subject line should read: "POETRY SUB" Your poem title. POEMS
MUST BE MORE THAN 12 LINES LONG Submit to editor@barebackmag.com
II. Fiction
All styles of erotic writing are welcomed.
1. Send one story at a time, in text of an email, to editor@barebackmag.com
2. Email subject line should read "FICTION SUB" Your story title
3.We do not accept attachments (attachments will be deleted)
4. Between 800 to 2000 words (can be more or less pending on the quality of the
work).
III. Articles
1. How-tos/sexual activity
2. Humorous or serious personal essays
3. Interesting articles on topics in erotica
4. Articles on all aspects of sexuality.
5. Between 800 to 2000 words (can be more or less pending on the quality of the
work).
6. Submit to: editor@barebackmag.com
7. Email subject line should read "ARTICLE SUB" Your story title
8. We do not accept attachments (attachments will be deleted)
9. Send one article at a time, in the text of an email,
IV. Response Time
Response time will vary, but we try to respond to all submissions within 8 weeks.
If you haven't heard from us after 8 weeks, send us an e-mail inquiry.
V. Payment
Bare Back Magazine does not offer payment. We will credit you with a byline, a
copyright notice, bio and include a link to your web site where appropriate.
VI. Rights and Archiving
Bare Back Magazine asks for no rights whatsoever. In other words, the author retains
all rights to his/her work. After appearing on Bare Back Magazine, work will be
archived on the Bare Back Magazine Web site, where it may remain unless the
creator of the work requests that it be removed.
If your work is accepted, we will ask you to agree to the following items:
1) I grant permission to Bare Back Magazine to publish my work on the Bare Back
Magazine Web site.
2) I understand that I retain all rights to my work.
3) I acknowledge that I am the sole creator of the work submitted and that I am over
eighteen (18) years of age.
4) I understand that Bare Back Magazine retains the right to remove my work from the
Bare Back Magazine Web site for any reason at any time.
