Adult Activity Book Entry Eleven: Come Clean

What’s the hottest thing you and your partner have done this year? Think about it. I don’t have to think long because my experience was recent. Zach and I have lived in our home for four years now and, until recently, had never used the bathtub in the primary en suite. One evening, Zach suggested we take a bath. Together we set up music and candles. The weather cooperated with the sultry vibes, and we opened the big window behind the tub to the sounds of a thunderstorm. Doing something new together in your home is very connecting. Even more connecting was the doggy-style sex we had. I can’t stand when people try to tell me about hot tub and pool sex. It doesn’t work well with all the friction. It’s a no. But what we did, lifted out of the water, worked much better. It wasn’t easy on the knees, but some things are worth it.

As the calendar year concludes, think about memorable experiences you have had with your partner, and if you aren’t coming up with many, there are still several Friday nights to add those exciting and bond-building encounters. It’s about the little things, the surprises, feeling thought about, and creating an environment of lust and love. In my very first article in this series, I talked about creating sexy sanctuary spaces in the home. For example, Zach and I shower together every single day. Maybe, even with hectic lives, that’s a place you and your partner could connect, embrace naked, and share a quick kiss. It’s about grabbing the little moments. This month is a great time to revisit the bedroom, or another space in the home, as an area of sexual connection, and if you have a nice bathtub, try coming clean together. ;)

Have a sexy Friday night!
